KSJ-200 automatic wire feeding frame, referred to as 200kg wire feed frame/200kg pay-off frame, is specially designed by our company for supporting CNC spring machine in the forming process of wire feeding part, recommended bearing weight ≤ 200kg, wire coil outer diameter ≤ 850mm, usually can also be used with other equipment such as spring machine, straightening machine, circle machine, buckle machine, screw machine, winding machine and wire forming machine.

The automatic wire feed frame, also known as the automatic wire pay-off frame/automatic wire feeder, automatically adjusts the wire feed speed during operation, so that the supporting host equipment and the line feed speed of the automatic wire feed frame are kept synchronized; When the twisted wire, broken wire or the wire feeding is completed, the automatic wire feed frame will send an alarm signal and automatically stop the machine, which has the characteristics of simple operation, easy use and high work efficiency.

Function introduction

The automatic wire feed frame adopts frequency converter control technology, which has the characteristics of fast and accurate wire feeding, automatic adjustment of wire feeding speed, automatic shutdown of fault alarm, switching between forward and reverse rotation directions, and novel appearance.

(1) Speed compensation function, automatic and jog adjustment of wire feeding speed;

(2) Direction change function, which can realize forward and reverse rotation switching wire feeding;

(3) Automatic alarm function, automatic alarm when the twisted wire, broken wire or wire feeding is completed;
