Our KCT-816 eight-axis CNC spring winding machine adopts Taiwan (Yitu) control system, using Japanese Yaskawa (Yaskawa Servo Motor) servo motor and high-precision bearing, etc., this model (816 spring press machine) is equipped with 8 axes as standard, and each axis can be operated independently or synchronously, with the characteristics of fast forming speed, stable performance and high accuracy. In addition, our design team has made major reforms to the spring machine in terms of innovation and improvement, truly realizing the human-machine dialogue, with one-minute spring forming, and under the condition of ensuring speed, accuracy and performance, we strive to minimize the noise and pursue easier model operation; at the same time, the model can realize different angle cutting functions such as direct cutting, split cutting and pendulum cutting.
